Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Participate in the Sales team which is fully responsible for revenue and gross profit both for quarterly of the company.
  • Eager to learn the company’s products' functionality and superiority and should be very interested in learning advanced technology (AI, Deep Learning, and Advanced Speech Recognition et al).
  • Analyse and update the information of the market trend as well as the competitors.
  • Play the role of "technical support" limited to "technical assistant" for Sales in front of the customer to keep their explanation/presentation accurate.
  • Drive a solution assurance process to accurately gather the client’s requirement, analyse and identify the gap between customer’s expectation and our solutions and conduct the detailed report of the meeting.
  • Understand the company's products and able to point out the benefits of solutions.
  • Design and customized the solution according to customer's requirements.
  • Prepare presentation and application demo.
  • Responsible to provide necessary technical information to customers.

Research Software Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Participate into software development team to design software, implement, write unit test code and necessary documents.
  • Collecting, cleaning, processing, and maintenance training data with transcriptionist team
  • Develop, maintenance and enhance current product which is natural language understanding system for conversational IVR and mobile application and/or speech analytics system for call center by machine learning, regression and/or rule based models
  • Develop new speech analytics system which retrieves meaningful information from call center’s recorded audio files using speech recognition, natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
  • Develop and maintenance internal tools
  • Discussing and presenting ideas and results among the team, reporting progress on a regular basis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields
  • More than 3 years hands-on experiences and pragmatic knowledge on machine learning, natural language processing and related field
  • Proficient understanding and/or academic background and/or production level programming experiences in one or more of Information Retrieval, Natural Language Programming, Machine Learning, Large Scale Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence or Pattern Recognition
  • Solid programming skill of Python, C/C++, Java or Ruby. Other languages are as a plus.
  • Experience using Unix/Linux and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of some of Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Linux System Administration, MySQL, Chef, Capistrano, Asterisk, VoiceXML, AVAYA, Genesys, PBX, IVR are an advantage.
  • Good initiative, strong analytical, problem solving, and good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus

R&D Manager (Speech Recognition)

Qualifications

  • Native Thai speaker

  • Strong experience in Speech Recognition, Statistical Language Modeling, or Natural Language Processing
  • Experience using HTK Toolkit, CMU Sphinx Speech Recognition Toolkit or SRILM is a plus.
  • Proficient programming skills in Perl, Python, Ruby or other script languages
  • Good initiative, strong analytical, problem solving, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages (e.g. Japanese, Mandarin etc.) is desirable

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven working experience in project management of enterprise software development project.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Computer science/engineering degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
